We do not collect or store payment card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes. Those are entered directly on our payment gateway's own secure, hosted checkout page and are never transmitted to or stored on Reserve Trips' servers.

• When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Reserve Trips or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide support, honor our refund policy, and meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations, after which records are securely deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@reservetrips.us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
